We were asked how we could measure digital PR across Europe for a multinational company who are very focused on traditional AVE (advertising value equivalent) as a means of measurement. The bigOmedia team surveyed 15 PR agencies across Europe who were working for the client and developed a best practices document which gave the client a very clear road-map to an integrated social CRM solution.
This year, we also enjoyed pushing public sector CMS templates to the limits and using APIs from other technologies to integrate iPhone applications into a very rigid site structure.
We love social media, but we know its not called earned media for nothing. We know the hard work that goes into getting eyeballs, and we will never call ourselves Gurus!
